Index Factory is a launchpad on top of Pons. You get the same fixed-supply launch and locked liquidity, and at deploy time Index Factory points the creator fees at an ownerless vault. The vault converts them into a tokenized equity and distributes it to whoever stakes the token.

Index Factory calls the Pons v2 factory for you: 1B supply on a bonding curve, 1% trade fee, liquidity locked at graduation, and your dev buy in the same transaction.

Your vault is the launch's fee recipient. Pons lets only the recipient move that, and the vault has no code to. The route stays fixed for good.

Anyone can call harvest(). Fees arrive in your launch's quote asset and the vault buys your chosen stock with them, TWAP-guarded on ETH pairs. On a stock-priced launch the fees already are the stock, so the vault skips the swap.

Stake the memecoin in its vault and the stock it bought streams to you over the following week. Unstake whenever you like; stock you already earned stays claimable.
